Job summary

Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN seeks an experienced RN for a Pediatric CV Surgical & Transplant ICU role. The unit is 11-bed, in the Mary Brigh Building, with a focus on congenital cardiac patients and ECMO capabilities.

Cross-training to Pediatric ICU and potential hybrid shifts are available. You will coordinate patient care, educate families, and participate in care transitions, reporting to nursing leadership.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a nursing program recognized by ACEN, CCNE, NLN CNEA.
• One year of RN experience required.
• Current RN license by applicable state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate nursing care, direct patient care, education and transitions of care.
• Care for pediatric CV surgical and transplant ICU patients.
• Work in Mary Brigh 3D unit; cross-training to Pediatric ICU; shifts may be days/nights; potential hybrid role.
