Job summary

Dayton Children's is seeking a part-time CT Technologist to join the Advanced Medical Imaging team at the Main Campus. You will perform CT imaging on patients of all ages, operate the CT system, and support image manipulation and quality control.

The role requires an Ohio radiologic license, ARRT CT registration or ARRT radiography with CT credentials, CPR, and an associate degree in radiologic technology. You will work with radiology staff to ensure safe, accurate imaging, educate patients and

Qualifications

HSD/GED is required.
Associate’s Degree in Radiologic Technology/Sciences is required.
Radiologic License - Ohio Department of Health is required.
ARRT in Radiography is required.
Advanced registry with ARRT in Computed Tomography preferred.
CPR is required.

Responsibilities

Produce quality diagnostic images on patients of all ages using the CT scanner and related equipment.
Assist licensed independent practitioner in radiographic procedures as needed.
Prepare, administer, and document contrast media and medications per policy and regulations.
Educate patients and their parents about procedures and safety in the CT department.
Maintain CPR certification, Ohio licensure, and ARRT registration and participate in mandatory education.
