Aya Healthcare has an immediate opening for a Pediatric Critical Care Float Pool Registered Nurse in Charlottesville, VA. The position offers a 52-week assignment with a daily schedule of 4, 12-hour shifts (07:00–19:00) and a start date of 10/26/2026. Pay ranges from $3,254 to $3,400 weekly, with Epic as the charting system and 1 opening.

Travel experience is required; VA or compact licensure is needed. Magnet facility with Level 1 trauma and 618 beds.

Qualifications

• Experience: 1 year in pediatric critical care or similar
• VA license or compact license preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide care for pediatric critical care patients in float pool setting
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient care
• Adhere to policies for infection control and patient safety
