A leading healthcare provider in Naperville seeks a Pediatric Intensivist to manage a 16-bed pediatric critical care unit. The role offers a flexible schedule with on-call duties during nights and weekends. Candidates must have completed ACGME-accredited fellowships in Pediatric Critical Care and be board certified or eligible. The position emphasizes clinical excellence and collaboration with pediatric subspecialists. The salary structure includes $90/hour for home calls and $200/hour for on-site emergencies.

Qualifications

• Eligible for medical licensing in the State of Illinois.
• Board certified/Board eligible in Pediatrics and Pediatric Critical Care.
• Preferred post-fellowship experience in pediatric critical care.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical coverage for pediatric critical care unit.
• Participate in night and weekend on-call duties from home.
