Aya Healthcare is seeking a Pediatric Critical Care Float Pool Registered Nurse for an assignment in Charlottesville, VA. This travel-focused role requires excellent critical care skills and willingness to travel or relocate as needed.

You'll work a 3, 12-Hour shift schedule (07:00–19:00) with a 14-week assignment length, starting 09/28/2026. The facility is an acute care hospital; Epic is used for charting and VA licensure or compact license is required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of RN experience required.
• VA or Compact license required (quick license process).
• Travel experience required for assignment.
• Previous Charge Nurse experience preferred.
