Job description
Overview

The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center, Department of Pediatrics, is seeking outstanding individuals to join the faculty as part of a multidisciplinary Pediatric Intensive Care Division, providing care in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit at UT Southwestern and Children’s Health Dallas and Plano.


Responsibilities

Clinical responsibilities will be split between the 12-bed satellite Pediatric ICU in Plano, Texas (soon to expand) and / or the 44-bed multidisciplinary Pediatric Intensive Care Unit on the main campus in Dallas. This high-volume ICU includes medical, trauma, and surgical patients.


Qualifications

Applicants must be eligible for medical licensure in the state of Texas and be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatric Critical Care Medicine. Appointment rank will be commensurate with academic accomplishments and experience.
