Amazing Care, Inc. is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide in-home pediatric therapy in San Antonio. You will collaborate with licensed OTs to help children meet developmental milestones through engaging care.

Part-time and full-time visits are available, with daytime and after-school hours; prior pediatric home health experience is preferred, and EMR documentation proficiency is expected.

Formación

• Licensed COTA in Texas.
• Experience in pediatric home health preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans.
• Assist in assessing functional abilities using standardized and non-standardized tools.
• Educate families on home programs, adaptive strategies, and daily routines.
• Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to care coordination.
• Participate in patient evaluations, team meetings, and discharge planning.
• Stay current with pediatric therapy best practices and compliance standards.
