Job summary

Amazing Care, Inc. seeks a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide in-home pediatric therapy across Brownsville, TX and surrounding Rio Grande Valley areas. You’ll work under licensed OTs to help children reach developmental milestones through patient-centered interventions.

Daytime and after-school hours are available with part-time and full-time options. Reliable transportation and strong communication are essential to ensure high-quality care for families in the community.

Qualifications

• Licensed COTA in Texas required.
• Pediatric home health experience preferred.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized pediatric therapy plans.
• Assess functional abilities with standardized tools.
• Educate families on home programs and daily routines.
• Maintain accurate documentation and care coordination.
• Participate in team meetings and discharge planning.
