Zusammenfassung

HealthPro Pediatrics, a division of HealthPRO Heritage, seeks a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for our Hampton and Newport News clinics in VA. This full-time, on-site role runs M-F 8 am–6 pm in a pediatric therapy/ABA setting.

Responsibilities include delivering therapy under OT supervision, monitoring progress, documenting outcomes, and collaborating with teams to support children's daily living skills and independence.

Qualifikationen

• Associate degree in OTA from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure or eligibility to practice as a COTA.
• Current CPR certification.

Aufgaben

• Deliver individualized therapy based on treatment plans under OT supervision, including activities to improve daily living skills.
• Monitor and document patient progress, maintain accurate records, and report changes to the OT.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic care and educate patients and families.
• Lead or assist patients with exercises and activities of daily living to promote independence.
