Job summary

T&K Pediatric Services in Jamestown, ND is seeking a Pediatric Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to support children as they develop motor, sensory, and everyday skills alongside Occupational Therapists and a pediatric team.

You will implement individualized treatment plans, lead engaging activities, monitor progress, document sessions, and collaborate with families to reinforce goals at home. A four-day workweek and a comprehensive benefits package accompany this rewarding role.

Qualifications

• Must hold an accredited OTA program degree and COTA credential.
• ND licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Pediatric experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Occupational Therapists with pediatric treatment plans.
• Provide therapy activities supporting sensory, motor, and developmental growth.
• Help children work toward functional and developmental goals.
• Encourage families with activities and techniques that reinforce therapy goals at home.
