Job summary

Penn State Health is seeking a full-time pediatric/cns radiation oncologist to join the Department of Radiation Oncology with a faculty appointment at Penn State College of Medicine. The role focuses on CNS/pediatric radiotherapy and collaboration with the Golisano Children's Hospital and other Penn State Health sites.

Responsibilities include multidisciplinary tumor boards, research, and teaching within an academic cancer center and regional hospitals.

Qualifications

• MD, DO, or foreign equivalent medical degree.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a team-based approach to care.
• Completion of accredited training program.
• Ability to acquire a license to practice in the State of Pennsylvania.
• BC/BE in radiation oncology.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive radiation oncology care and multidisciplinary cancer care.
• Engage in tumor boards and research activities.
• Participate in scholarly activities and clinical trials through Penn State Cancer Institute.
