Job summary

Qualifications
- Master’s degree in a work‑related discipline/field from an accredited college or university.
- Three (3) years of progressively responsible and directly related work experience.
- CA Registered Nurse (RN) and Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS).
Responsibilities
- Analyze unit patient care plans and collaborate on assessment tools.
- Provide direct patient care using the nursing process with guidance.
- Collaborate with managers and researchers to develop and revise plans of care.
- Lead education, consultation, and research to improve nursing practice.
- Maintain and teach specialized nursing knowledge for the specialty.
- Serve as a consultant to patients, families, and staff.
