Job summary

MGA Home Healthcare Tennessee LLC is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for pediatric homecare with a flexible schedule. The CNA will work under an RN supervisor to provide in-home patient care, document observations, and assist with activities of daily living in private residences.

Responsibilities include following physician orders, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with the health-care team to ensure safe, quality care for pediatric patients.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered state certification to practice as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
• Graduation from an approved certification/program/accredited school to reflect ability to perform job as described.
• Have professional experience required per state regulations to perform the job as described.
• Successful completion of assigned screening/competency testing with a proficiency score of 80% or greater.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living and follow physician orders.
• Document tasks performed and monitor vital signs as directed.
• Provide mobility support and assist with transfers, dressing, and grooming.
• Maintain accurate patient records and report observations to RN Case Manager.
• Collaborate with care team and participate in multi-disciplinary meetings as needed.
