Job summary

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health in McDonough, GA is seeking a Certified Nursing Aide (CNA) to provide compassionate, one-on-one pediatric home health care for medically fragile children and their families.

This role offers flexible scheduling (days, nights, weekends), weekly pay, 24/7 clinical support, paid training with SIM lab, and a strong, supportive team culture focused on HALOS values.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Current Georgia CNA certification.
• Current CPR certification.
• Current TB test documentation.
• Valid state-issued identification.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow written instructions.
• Ability to document patient care accurately.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, personal hygiene, dressing, grooming, toileting.
• Perform range-of-motion exercises and provide mobility assistance.
• Observe and report changes to supervising nurse.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to patients and families.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided.
• Follow agency policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized care environment.
• Support patient-centered care that promotes comfort, dignity, and independence.
