Paylocity is seeking a Certified/Registered Medical Assistant to support pediatric care teams. You will perform patient intake, vital signs, specimen collection, patient education, and assist physicians during examinations in a fast-paced clinic.

The role requires active RMA/CMA and CPR certification, with preference for pediatric experience and EMR proficiency. Strong communication and independent working capabilities are essential in a patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold active RMA/CMA certification.
• CPR certification required.
• Pediatric practice experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of computer applications; EMR experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Escort patients to exam rooms and document vital signs.
• Instruct patients on medications and diets per provider.
• Explain procedures and prepare patients for exams.
• Assist physicians during exams and collect labs.
• Maintain exam rooms and sterilize as required.
• Administer medications per physician directions.
• Perform blood draws following safety standards.
