Qualifications

• Master’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree with 2–5 years of experience.
• Experience in a clinical research setting preferred.
• Qualitative interviewing and coding experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruits study subjects, screens eligibility, obtains consent, and schedules visits.
• Administers visits, interviews, assessments, and surveys; manages data per protocol; coordinates remuneration.
• Performs data cleaning, generates tables/figures for manuscripts.
• Reviews EHR-derived data; maintains accurate regulatory files and records.
• Maintains communication with research managers, IT, and external vendors.
• Assists in IRB submissions and study materials development; supports regulatory processes.
• Schedules weekly study team meetings and participates in QA activities.
• Conducts literature reviews; trains student research assistants in study activities.
• Performs general office duties (calls, mail, scans).
