Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing; Florida licensure; two years of clinical research experience or equivalent.
• Two or more years of coordinating clinical research studies, preferably HIV/AIDS or infectious diseases.
• Clinical research certification (CCRC/CCRP or equivalent) preferred or obtainable within two years of hire.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement clinical research studies from activation to closeout.
• Identify, recruit, screen, and consent participants per protocol; maintain retention and communication.
• Collect, manage, and validate data; complete CRFs; ensure regulatory compliance and safety reporting.
