Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and/or experience may substitute for minimum education.
• Basic Life Support certification must be obtained within one month of hire date.
• No specific work experience is required for this position.
• Certifications/Professional Licenses: Basic Life Support required (AHA/Red Cross).

Responsibilities

• Implements and manages all phases of study/protocol; ensures compliance with protocol guidelines and requirements of regulatory agencies and institutional review board; establishes record-keeping systems; analyzes participant progress and reports adverse events; coordinates with funding/sponsoring agency.
• Screens potential participants, recruits and enrolls study participants; determines eligibility; develops informed consent packets and secures informed consent.
• Ensures timely completion of enrollment documentation and secure storage of original forms.
• Ensures timely and accurate collection of clinical data under protocols.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
