Qualifications

• Pharmacist with training in pediatrics and patient education.
• Strong communication, organization and team skills.
• Experience with pharmacy systems and medication safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversees pharmaceutical care and designs therapy regimens based on literature.
• Counsels patients and caregivers on medication use, adverse effects, and adherence.
• Reviews medication orders for accuracy and safety; participates in emergency management.
