Responsibilities

Provides clinical pathology services in a patient-centric fashion according to established standards and policies.
Participates in teaching programs for technologists, medical students, residents, and fellows; conducts clinical conferences and quality reviews.
Supports clinical research activities related to pediatric disease within the clinical scope of responsibility.
Participates in patient safety and quality initiatives and meets department goals.
Maintains regular and predictable attendance.
