Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 0–6 months of work experience.
• Certificate of Phlebotomy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality venipuncture or capillary service for patients of all ages with lab orders.
• Perform accurate data entry of patient demographics and assays into computer systems.
• Process and handle specimens according to MUSC guidelines and reference labs.
• Maintain medical supplies and ensure proper documentation and QA.
• Attend trainings and participate in committees as requested.
