Qualifications

• MD, PhD or equivalent doctoral degree required.
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited Clinical Informatics Fellowship or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 2–3 years of clinical informatics research experience.
• Experience with EHR data, health information exchanges, and data analysis tools.
• Strong communication, writing, and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical informatics research projects to improve healthcare delivery and patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with clinicians, analysts, operations, and safety leaders to align research with practice.
• Design and conduct quantitative and qualitative studies evaluating health IT usability.
• Analyze health data from EHRs and other sources; prepare reports and manuscripts.
• Mentor junior researchers and contribute to educational programs.
