Nemours Children's Hospital in Orlando, FL is seeking a Part-Time Clinical Dietitian to join our pediatric nutrition team. You will provide clinical nutrition consultations, coordinate care with physicians and the multidisciplinary team, and support the Renal Dialysis program.

The role involves inpatient and outpatient assessments, nutrition counseling for pediatric patients and families, and documentation in the EPIC system. Some on-call and travel to satellite locations may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Dietetics or Nutrition with CADE accreditation
• Minimum 1 year of experience; pediatric experience preferred
• Registered Dietitian with active RD registration
• Florida Dietitian license required
• Completion of continuing education to maintain licensure
• BLS certification required
• RD credential to be obtained within 180 days of hire
• Additional pediatric/renal nutrition certifications preferred

Responsabilités

• Provide nutrition consultations and referrals.
• Assess inpatients and outpatients and develop care plans.
• Counsel patients and caregivers on disease-specific diets and formulas.
• Document assessments and recommendations in EPIC.
• Participate in rounds and coordinate with multidisciplinary team.
• Manage enteral/parenteral nutrition orders when needed.
• Travel to satellite clinics as required.
