Job summary

Mary Bridge Children’s Hospital & Health Network in Tacoma, WA seeks a staff RN for per diem, day shifts in our pediatric primary/clinic settings. Bring your nursing expertise to a multidisciplinary team dedicated to children and families across South Puget Sound.

We value patient-centered care, supportive collaboration, and professional growth. A WA RN license and BLS are required; ACLS/PALS or other certifications may be required by the department.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and WA RN licensure.
• Current BLS certification.
• ACLS/NALS/PALS/TNCC/NRP certifications as required by department.
• One year of acute care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Organize patient care by prioritizing, delegating, delivering and evaluating.
• Deliver nursing care using the nursing process per policies and protocols.
• Collaborate with the team to improve quality of care and patient experience.
• Foster a learning environment for patients, families and staff.
• Advocate for ethical, holistic care respecting diverse backgrounds.
