Job summary

Bright Day Pediatric Therapies is seeking a Clinic Coordinator to serve as the operational backbone of the clinic, ensuring scheduling, intake, authorizations, and daily operations run smoothly.

You’ll be the first point of contact for families, coordinate vendors and calendars, handle client and staff logistics, and support the Founder as the clinic grows. This role rewards organization, reliability, and compassionate communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.
• Clinic or healthcare experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage the client schedule.
• Run intake and coordinate authorizations.
• Support the Founder and day-to-day operations.
• Support families and communication.
• Keep the clinic running day to day.
• Help improve processes and SOPs over time.
