The Carthage Area Hospital CHMC-Pediatric Clinic in Carthage, NY is hiring a Clinic LPN for a Full Time Day Shift (8:00 am - 4:30 pm). The LPN will provide ambulatory, family-centered care under supervision of an RN, mid-level practitioner, or physician, and may float to other Health Centers as needed.

Requires NYS LPN license, high school diploma, BLS/ CPR, and a valid NYS driver\'s license. Base pay range is $24.66–$31.40 per hour, with pay determined by experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalency is required.
• Valid NYS LPN license.
• BLS certification (infant, child, and adult CPR) and current CPR certification are required.
• NYS Driver's license is required.
• Sustained efforts to maintain a current knowledge base regarding professional and practice issues.

Responsibilities

• The Clinic LPN provides care for patients in an ambulatory, family care setting under supervision of a licensed registered nurse, mid-level practitioner, or physician.
• The Clinic LPN ensures that compassionate, engaged care meets or exceeds quality standards and is provided in an efficient and safe manner, consistent with NYS licensure and CHMC standards of care.
• The position will be required to float to other Health Centers as needed.
