Job summary

Ivy Health is seeking a Clinic Director and Investing Partner to build a pediatric-focused clinic from the ground up. You will shape location, team culture, patient experience, and clinical standards while partnering with Ivy Health leadership.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology program.
• Proof of current or pending state licensure as PT/OT/SLP is required.
• Pediatric therapy experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver care within your licensed discipline and set the clinic’s clinical standards.
• Lead recruitment, development, and leadership of the clinic team.
• Build relationships with referral partners and the local community.
• Collaborate with Ivy Health teams across real estate, operations, recruiting, marketing, finance, IT, HR, and payer contracting.
• Guide responsible growth using clinical and business data.

State of Location: Indiana Position Summary: As a Clinic Director and Investing Partner at Ivy, you'll oversee all clinic operations, support clinical and non-clinical team members, and care for patients through individualized treatment plans, while building equity in your clinic and providing exceptional patient care to your community. Pediatric Clinic Director & Investing Partner (PT, OT, or SLP License Required) Build something of your own without having to build it alone. As a Clinic Director and Investing Partner, you’ll help shape a new clinic from the ground up—from the community and location to the team, culture, and patient experience. You’ll bring the clinical vision and local relationships. Ivy Health will bring the infrastructure, expertise, and support needed to turn that vision into a sustainable clinic.

Location: We go where theclinician and their relationships are. We are open to exploring locations that work for you and your local community!We want our partners to be an integral part of determining the clinic's location.Please note: this clinic does not exist yet and would be considered a start-up clinic.

Position Qualifications

• You must be a graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Therapy program.
• Proof of current or pending state licensure as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Language Pathologist in respectivestaterequiredas there is a treatingcomponentto this opportunity.
