Job summary

Chirosconnect in Austin, TX is seeking an Associate Chiropractor to join our cash-based family practice. You will work closely with the lead doctor to deliver pediatric and prenatal care, focusing on nervous system–centered family wellness.

This role offers a clear path to partnership with a base salary of $80K–$95K plus performance bonus, paid malpractice, CE allowance, PTO and holidays. Training is structured with high standards and supportive culture for growth.

Qualifications

• Must have Webster Certified and PedEx Training.
• Strong interest in pediatrics and pregnancy.
• Confident educating parents.
• 1+ year experience preferred, pediatric or wellness a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside the lead doctor in a 100% cash-based practice.
• Provide pediatric, prenatal and family wellness care.
• Educate parents with warm, supportive communication.
• Maintain high training standards and collaborative care.
