Responsibilities

• Plans, implements, and evaluates short and long term goals to support pediatric and neonatal psychosocial needs.
• Works with multidisciplinary team to educate families and formulate care plans.
• Collaborates with departments to plan activities and events to normalize hospital experience.
• Acts as patient and family advocate through family-centered care.
