Doral Health & Wellness in Westchester and the New York City area is seeking a skilled and compassionate Child Life Specialist to support children and youth navigating health challenges.

As a Fee-for-Service, 1099 independent contractor, you will conduct individual and group sessions, design therapeutic programs, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, maintain detailed records, and foster a safe, nurturing environment that helps families cope.

Qualificações

• Must be a Certified Child Life Specialist.
• Experience with medically fragile pediatric patients preferred.
• Excellent communication with children and families in challenging health situations.
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct individual and group sessions to help children cope with healthcare experiences.
• Design and implement therapeutic programs for emotional and developmental needs.
