Job summary

Nationwide Children’s Hospital in Columbus, OH seeks a senior administrator to oversee the department's operations, guide resources, training, system integration and leadership of its workforce. Responsibilities

• Plans and administers effective management and delivery of quality patient care for assigned programs/areas.
• Hires, orients, oversees training and development, schedules, assigns work to, evaluates and disciplines staff.
• Develops and monitors staffing, budgets (capital and operating) with management and physicians.
• Participates in developing goals and long-range planning for the section.
• Develops and implements marketing plans for programs in collaboration with hospital staff.
