Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs comprehensive history and physicals suitable for age and clinical problem.
• Orders and interprets diagnostic studies; adjusts care plans as needed.
• Maintains accurate EMR documentation.
• Delivers patient- and family-centered care across the lifespan.
• Collaborates with physicians and health professionals to coordinate care.
• Participates in education, meetings, and quality initiatives.
