Job summary

Weatherby Healthcare seeks a pediatric cardiologist for locum coverage in North Dakota. Work includes outpatient clinic duties, inpatient consults in PICU/NICU/ED, and weekend call with generally light after-hours volume.

Interpretation of echocardiograms and ECGs is required; fetal cardiology experience is a plus but not mandatory. Paid malpractice, prepaid travel and housing, and access to a Weatherby consultant are provided.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with pediatric cardiology procedures and interpretation of imaging.
• Ability to support outpatient pediatric cardio assessments.
• Flexibility for weekend and after-hours coverage.

Responsibilities

• Support outpatient pediatric cardiology clinic patients in a busy setting.
• Provide inpatient consults across PICU, NICU, and ED as needed.
• Perform echocardiogram and ECG interpretation for cases.
• Assist with weekend coverage and after-hours calls.
