Carilion Clinic in Roanoke, Virginia, invites applicants for a Pediatric Cardiologist to join our academic pediatric cardiology team affiliated with Virginia Tech Carilion School of Medicine. Board-certified or eligible candidates will engage in clinical care, teaching, and research in a state-of-the-art setting.

The role supports a faculty appointment with VTCSOM, with opportunities in fetal cardiology and non-invasive imaging, plus a 1:4 call schedule and 24-hour on-call sonographer support.

Qualifications

• Board-certified/board-eligible pediatric cardiologist.
• Academic medicine experience is preferred.
• Strong teaching and research interest is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive pediatric cardiology care including fetal cardiology and non-invasive imaging.
• Collaborate with subspecialists and multidisciplinary teams.
• Teach medical students, residents, and fellows as part of academic appointment.
