• 10 years healthcare experience with 3 years of supervision or management.
• Experience in pediatric healthcare operations and congenital heart service line leadership.
• Experience spanning ambulatory and inpatient settings.
• Strong budgeting, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for the congenital heart program.
• Drive program growth and regional expansion while ensuring quality outcomes.
• Develop and manage budgets with financial accountability.
• Coordinate across outpatient and inpatient settings with physician leaders.
• Utilize data and market intelligence for planning and decisions.
• Lead staffing planning, performance reviews, and talent development.
