Qualificações

• Graduation from an accredited Nursing program.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN).
• RN licensure in New York State and current registration.

Responsabilidades

• Delivers safe, competent care based on nursing theory and research.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to develop and evaluate the plan of care.
• Educates patients and caregivers about plan of care, transition of care, health promotion and disease prevention.
• Performs charge nurse duties and coordinates supplies and staffing as needed.
• Maintains documentation in compliance with hospital and regulatory standards.
• Supports continuous professional development and precepts new staff and students.
