The Cleveland Clinic Children’s Cardiology & Critical Care Advanced Practice Provider (APP) Fellowship is a 12-month program designed to transition CPNP-ACs and PAs to practice within Pediatric Cardiac Critical Care. Fellows gain clinical proficiency, mentorship, leadership training, and evidence-based care in a multidisciplinary setting at the Cleveland Clinic Main Campus.

Qualifications

• APRN/PA certification is required.
• Master’s degree in Pediatric Acute Care from an accredited program.
• Current RN and APRN/PA licensure in Ohio.

Responsibilities

• Conducts comprehensive histories and physical exams.
• Orders and interprets labs and tests in evaluation of illness.
• Collaborates with multidisciplinary team to ensure quality patient care.
• Assists in management and discharge planning.
• Mentors and precepts students and junior staff.
