Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis to support assessment and intervention.
• Experience with Behavioral Intervention and Psychology to implement therapeutic strategies.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with clinicians, caregivers, and clients and to document observations clearly.
• Education in psychology, behavioral health, social work, or related field is beneficial.
• Experience working with children, adolescents, or young adults in clinical, educational, or community settings preferred.
• Ability to follow treatment plans consistently, maintain confidentiality, and adhere to professional and ethical standards of care.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in documentation.

Responsibilities

• Observe and document client behaviors and progress.
