Mental Health Cooperative is seeking a Behavioral Health Clinician (LPC, LMFT, or LCSW) for the VIP Children's Clinic in White House, TN. The role focuses on intake assessments, counseling, and treatment planning to support individuals with serious mental health needs.

The position requires a Master’s degree and Tennessee licensure, with a 8:00am-4:30pm schedule and a $70k annual salary for fully licensed clinicians. Comprehensive benefits include medical, dental, vision, and PSLF eligibility.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Mental Health field.
• Licensed clinician (LPC/MHSP, LCSW or LMFT) licensed in Tennessee.
• Valid Tennessee Driver’s License and clean MVR/Background are required.

Responsabilités

• Perform intake assessments and clinical counseling for referrals to mental health services.
• Develop and implement treatment plans for individuals and groups.
• Collaborate with care teams and community resources to coordinate services.
• Meet productivity standards as required by department goals.
