Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work or related field is required.
• Licensure: LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) or LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) or LMFT (Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist) by TBHEC is required.
• At least 2 years of social work, professional counseling, or marriage/family therapy experience.
• Healthcare experience in a clinical setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychosocial screenings/assessments and therapy to youth and families.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans.
• Coordinate care with other mental health providers.
• Maintain confidentiality and accurate documentation of services.
• Pursue professional development and provide clinical supervision as needed.
