Job summary

Vanderbilt University Medical Center seeks an Outpatient Pediatric Audiologist to provide comprehensive pediatric diagnostic audiology and hearing aid services at the Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital and related clinics in Nashville, TN.

The role supports infants to adolescents, with opportunities for growth in surgical referrals, vestibular services, and interdisciplinary collaboration within Vanderbilt Health.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) from an accredited program.
• Tennessee Audiology license or eligibility for licensure.
• New graduates welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Complete full diagnostic hearing assessments across age ranges.
• Provide hearing aid and bone conduction device services including counseling and fitting.
• Collaborate with ENT and other teams to support timely diagnosis and intervention.
• Document findings and care plans in the medical record.
• Support clinical teaching and supervision of Au.D. students.
