North American Partners in Anesthesia seeks a Pediatric Anesthesiologist to join Cape Fear Valley Medical Center in Fayetteville, NC. The new compensation package includes a $525K base salary and a $50K pediatric stipend.

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• ECFMG and FLEX certification for medical practice in the U.S.
• Completion of an accredited anesthesia residency.
• Fellowship training in pediatric anesthesiology.
• Current medical licensure to practice in the state.

Responsibilities

• Case assignments across cardiac, pediatric, OB-GYN, general, plastics, urology, and vascular cases.
• Direct and coordinate activities in the Anesthesia Department.
• Manage anesthesia care from induction to emergence.
• Perform pre-anesthesia assessment and obtain patient consent.
• Discuss anesthetic options and monitor patient condition.
