Job summary

Westchester Medical Center is recruiting an anesthesiologist to provide pediatric anesthesia at Maria Ferrari Children’s Hospital in Valhalla, NY. This full-time role involves a 7a-5p schedule on weekdays with call responsibilities and hospital support within a large academic system.

The ideal candidate will be board-certified (or in process), eligible for NY licensure, and will have completed an approved residency in anesthesia.

Qualifications

• Board certification in Anesthesiology or actively in certification process.
• Compact NY medical licensure requirements.
• Residency in Anesthesia completed or in progress.

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia services for pediatric patients at Maria Ferrari Children’s Hospital.
• Collaborate with physicians, CRNAs, and the broader WMCHealth team.
• Participate in on-call schedule; pediatric call from home as applicable.

Education

American Board Certification in Anesthesiology or in process

New York State Medical License or eligibility

Completion of approved Residency in Anesthesia
