Job summary

The Staff Pad seeks an experienced Anesthesiologist to provide safe, high-quality general anesthesia care for pediatric and special-needs patients at a Houston ASC. The role involves collaboration with dentists, nurses, and surgical staff to deliver excellent patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule is full-time (3+ days/week) with no call, no weekends or holidays, focusing on patient safety, comfort and positive outcomes for pediatric procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience providing anesthesia care to pediatric patients.
• BLS and AHA PALS certification; PALS required within 6 months of hire.
• National Board Certification strongly preferred.
• Ability to practice in Anesthesia Care Team and independent models.

Responsibilities

• Provides safe, high-quality general anesthesia care for pediatric and special needs patients.
• Partners with dentists, nurses, dental assistants, and surgical staff to ensure excellent patient care.
• Manages anesthesia care for approximately seven pediatric patients per OR day.
• Prioritizes patient safety, comfort, and outcomes in a fast-paced ASC environment.
