The pediatric anesthesiologist will provide anesthesia services under a care team supervision model at inpatient and operating room facilities in Webster, Texas, with on-site expectations consisting of supervising 1 to 3 ORs with CRNA support. The schedule includes day shifts of 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM or 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday through Friday, with overnight call from home on weekdays and call from home on weekends (Saturday and Sunday, 7:00 AM - 7:00 AM). The surgical case mix encompasses a large tertiary surgical program that includes Obstetric coverage and dedicated Cardiovascular call support, with a 100% pediatric patient population. Clinicians must be flexible to support multiple affiliated facilities as needed, and must reside outside a 50-mile radius from the facility.
