Job summary

Prisma Health in Greenville, South Carolina, seeks a board-certified/board-eligible pediatric anesthesiologist to join our growing department. This unique role offers a high-volume mix of pediatric and adult cases at Prisma Health Children’s Hospital and Shriners Hospital for Children, with no cardiac anesthesia responsibilities.

The team emphasizes collaboration with CRNA/AA colleagues, a Level 4 NICU, and a tertiary care center serving Upstate SC.

Qualifications

• MD/DO with completion of an accredited anesthesiology residency and pediatric anesthesia fellowship.
• Board eligible or board certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology.
• Eligible for South Carolina medical license.

Responsibilities

• Provide mixed pediatric and adult anesthesia with no cardiac anesthesia responsibilities.
• Collaborate with CRNA/AA teams and support staff.
• Work at Prisma Health Children’s Hospital and Shriners Hospital for Children, with a Level 4 NICU.
