Job summary

Cincinnati Children’s is seeking a pediatric anesthesiologist to join our anesthesia department as a Regular full-time faculty member. The role focuses on perioperative care for infants, children, and adolescents within a nationally recognized academic center.

The successful candidate will contribute to teaching, mentorship of residents and fellows, and engage in scholarly activities and quality improvement projects to advance pediatric anesthesiology and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• MD or DO or equivalent medical degree.
• Active medical license in Ohio or eligible for licensure.
• Board certification is preferred.
• Associate Professor appointment or eligibility.
• Minimum five years at Assistant Professor rank.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive perioperative anesthetic care for pediatric patients.
• Teach and mentor medical students, residents and fellows.
• Engage in scholarly activities, quality improvement, and clinical/translational research.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary pediatric teams to advance care.

Education

MD/DO or equivalent
