Job summary

The Department of Anesthesiology at Loyola University Chicago Stritch School of Medicine seeks a board-certified/board-eligible general anesthesiologist who has completed a Pediatric Anesthesiology Fellowship. Faculty rank and compensation will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• D or DO degree.
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited Anesthesiology Residency and Pediatric Anesthesiology Fellowship.
• Board certification or eligibility in Anesthesiology.
• Eligibility for state medical licensure.
• Expertise in pediatric perioperative care, airway management, pain management, and anesthesia for neonates, infants, children, and adolescents.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience in academic, community, or children's hospital settings is preferred.
