Qualifications

• Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Georgia OR certification/licensure as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) in Georgia

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive patient care management within a collaborative practice model for children of all ages under the supervision of the supervising/collaborating physician
• Perform comprehensive histories and physical exams and identify normal and abnormal findings
• Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic tests
• Develop pharmaceutical and non-pharmaceutical treatment plans
• Serve as an educational resource for patients, families, health care professionals, and students
• Coordinate patient referrals to other medical providers and facilities
