Job summary

The Medical University of South Carolina is seeking an experienced nurse leader to manage the Hematology-Oncology-Children’s division at SJCH, overseeing clinical and support staff and aligning operations with organizational goals.

You will drive process improvements, participate in budget planning, ensure compliance with policies and laws, and collaborate with executive leaders to enhance patient care and operational efficiency across diverse delivery settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required.
• Master’s degree in Nursing required within 4 years of hire.
• 2+ years of healthcare leadership experience required; Hematology/Oncology experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage one or more department areas and supervise staff.
• Oversee budget processes and operating procedures.
